Local troubadour Xavier had a very busy 2011. From recording with The New Power Generation (of Prince fame) to playing Jesus on the stage he's had his fingers in quite a few pies. Now he're released "Baltimore" as directed by Marc Baptiste and styled by David Tabbert, it's a lovely soulful remembrance.
