The title of the sculpture at left is "Don't Catch a Chill". It is one of the top results when searching for an image representitave of the expression "catch a chill" on Google. (Because the sculptor's web page had tons of biblical quotations, it is assumed that she is insane and a link is not provided.)
Did you underdress last night? The chilly rain was followed by chilly air. Suddenly my salad became pasta. My tee shirt became a hoody. My shorts, well, they stayed shorts at least for now. These were all minute decisions made in answer to the question, "How do I create warmth?" I even went on Grindr thinking the weather was okay for sharing a bed. (Unfortunately it was the same hoodrats as ever, so that was quickly aborted.)
This weekend you could catch a chill. While not cold, it's in these transitional moments where chills are lurking in the corners. Find warmth this weekend in your clothes and companionships. We wouldn't want you catching a chill, going insane, and spouting Corinthians. Also? Spout random eighth-grade Spanish. Vaya con dios, mis amigos!
