Let's take a trip to New Canaan!

New Canaan, Connecticut is home to more than just Philip Johnson's famed Glass House.  It also has one of the best collections of mid-century homes in North America.  Many of the homes are under threat of demolition due to development plans that ignore their significance.  As most are private residences, they aren't accessible; so that field trip idea may not be a great one.  There is, however, a nice collection of them online with pictures, descriptions and history.
